Estimates use each mover’s real base fee and per-mile rate, your route distance, van size and extras. Your mover confirms the final fixed price before any payment is taken — the price you accept is the price you pay.
Reserving is free. Once your mover confirms your slot we email a secure payment link. Choose a £49 deposit (balance on moving day) or pay in full upfront.
Yes. Every mover passes identity checks and must hold goods-in-transit and public liability insurance. Premium cover up to £25,000 can be added to any booking.
As a guide: a small van suits a studio or single room, medium a one-bed flat, large a two-bed home, and a Luton a three-bed house or more. Our booking flow includes a van-size calculator that recommends one from your furniture list.
Yes — add as many stops as you like in step one of booking. The route distance and estimates update automatically.
Most movers offer packing, dismantling and reassembly as extras. Select them during booking and they’re included in your estimate.
You can cancel a reserved booking free of charge from your dashboard. To change the date, cancel and re-book, or contact support and we’ll rearrange it with your mover.

Your crew arrives in your chosen time slot, protects furniture and floors, loads, drives, and unloads into the rooms you choose. If you booked assembly, they rebuild furniture before leaving.
